Destiny Destroyers Series: 1 – CAIN (Part 2)

🚨 Destiny Destroyers Series:

#1 – CAIN 🚨

Part two : The Characteristics of CAIN

To survive and fulfill your destiny, you must learn to identify the spirit of Cain early. Here are some warning signs:

1️⃣ CAIN Is Always Close to You

Your biggest enemies are rarely strangers; they are people within your circle. Cain was Abel’s own brother! The greatest betrayals often come from those you trust. Be careful who you open up to, because some people are waiting for an opportunity to turn their jealousy into action.

2️⃣ CAIN Hates You for No Reason

The spirit of Cain is irrational. Abel did not provoke his BROTHER, he only did what was right before God. But jealousy does not need logic. Some people will resent you simply because God has chosen to bless you. You will notice them making passive-aggressive comments, showing hidden hostility, or trying to downplay your success.

3️⃣ CAIN Plots in Secret

When Cain wanted to kill Abel, he didn’t do it PUBLICLY, he pulled him aside (Genesis 4:8). The spirit of Cain operates in the shadows. These are people who act like friends in front of others but are planning your downfall in secret. Watch out for people who only show their true colors when no one else is around.

4️⃣ CAIN Seeks Isolation Before Attack

Cain lured Abel into the field where no one could intervene. This is a major warning sign: when someone tries to isolate you before attacking. Many people have been destroyed because they followed Cain into spiritual, emotional, or even physical isolation. Be careful of people who try to separate you from wise counsel, family, or a supportive community.

5️⃣ CAIN Will Destroy You to Feel Better About Himself

Some people think eliminating you will solve their inner frustrations. Cain felt rejected, but instead of fixing his own offering, he decided to kill Abel. Similarly, some people see your success as a reminder of their own failure. Instead of working on themselves, they would rather pull you down.

⚠️ Be aware! Cain is obsessed with one thing, and that is to destroy you! Keep this characteristics in mind to identify him early.

The Difference between Iniquity, Sin and Transgressions

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INIQUITY, SIN, AND TRANSGRESSION?  In Psalm 32:5, the psalmist says, "I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, ‘I will confess my transgressions to the LORD."  In this portion, “SIN,” “INIQUITY,” and “TRANSGRESSION” are all mentioned. All three words are used to describe the same basic concept: evil and lawlessness, as defined by God (see 1 John 3:4). However, upon closer examination, each word also carries a slightly different meaning. *SIN The word SIN and its cognates are used 786 times in Bible. From a Hebrew perspective, sin "chet" is defined as "missing the mark" of God's will and standard of righteousness or "falling short."  It can refer to doing something against God or against a person (Exodus 10:16), doing the opposite of what is right (Galatians 5:17), doing something that will have negative results (Proverbs 24:33–34), and failing to do something you know is right (Jam...

Start Your Week With Purpose

STARTING the WEEK with PURPOSE  Beloved in Christ, A new week has begun, and with it comes new opportunities, new challenges, and a fresh start. But how do we ensure that we are not just going through the motions of life? How do we step into this week with purpose, diligence, and a kingdom mindset? Let me take you to a familiar yet powerful Bible story, the story of Joseph. Joseph’s life was marked by hardships, betrayals, and delays. Yet, despite all this, he remained a man of purpose, working diligently in every situation he found himself in. When Joseph was sold into slavery by his brothers (Genesis 37:28), he could have given up. He could have become bitter and lazy, doing just enough to survive. But instead, he worked faithfully as a servant in Potiphar’s house.  Joseph didn’t just do his work; he did it with excellence, even in a place where he was unjustly placed. Because of his diligence, he was promoted. But then came another setback, Potiphar’s wife falsely ac...
